Two months of strategic planning, three major presentations and several thousand kilometres later… MOONDA won the contract with its simple, ‘disruptive’ and ambitious strategic response.
Strategic expectations fully understood, we sprang into action!
We implemented a fully comprehensive web to store communications strategy for which we had developed a platform that managed JOHN DEERE’s expectations in terms of homogenisation, ease of administration, localisation and statistical reporting. We also managed the dealerships’ expectations in terms of visibility, customisation, information and communications tools. Add to that a genuine cross media approach and you get an innovative strategy that generates traffic and contacts and also boosts sales.
